Westport police are searching for Anthony Cochrane, age 21, of Westport who was dropped off near the Saugatuck Train Station around 3:45 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 6, and was last seen going into Romanacci's.
According to Lieutenant Matthew Gouveia, of the Westport Police, Cochrane's family said he was getting a train and may have been headed to New York City or Washington, D.C., however it is not confirmed he has left the area.
Cochrane is white, 6-foot-2, 175 pounds and has short brown hair. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a black puffy North Face jacket, and a Patagonia backpack containing camera equipment, Gouveia said.
"Due to the length of his absence and the family’s lack of communication with him, they are concerned for his well-being," Gouveia added.
If anyone has information regarding Mr. Cochrane’s whereabouts, please contact the Westport Police Department immediately at 203-341-6000.
